Our app allows customers to easily find and book the world's best talent and provides the artists with a platform to build their business like never before.
It is simple, you need to download the app from the AppStore and sign up using your Apple ID, email, or Facebook details. If you are an artist or studio, we will need to verify your account before you can be accepted on to our platform. This ensures that our customers only see real, authentic profiles.
We are based in London, however our app is available to download across the globe.
When you create an account and log in to our app, you can find our artists or studios their username or you can search by style or location to discover the perfect match for your requirements. You can also explore the website, to see artists and studios that we recommend!
Tattoo artists are extremely busy, especially in the day time. We would recommend being patient if you have requested a design, however if the artist does not reply in 72 hours, it might be worth canceling the request.
Yes, we have partnered with Stripe to provide a safe, transparent payment process. All transactions are backed by our guarantee, so if there are any problems with a booking, we can refund your money immediately. Should you encounter any issues when making a payment, please email [email protected] and we will resolve it for you the same day.
IYNK will always be free for a tattoo collector or customer. Artists can sign up to our platform for free and can post to their portfolio and appear on our explore feed at no cost. Pro memberships are available for artists to receive bookings and chat to potential customers
An IYNK pro account enables artists to take bookings, receive deposit payments, speak to customers with our live chat, and request to work as a guest or resident at thousands of studios. We are constantly working on additional features for our pro members. Our prices start from £19.99 for three months.
All photos are public by default which means they’re visible to anyone using the IYNK app or on the iynk.com website.
